Privacy Policy

The short version: Every file you open in PPCBench is read and processed entirely inside your own browser. Your Amazon bulk files, reports, campaign names, and spend data are never uploaded to our servers — because we don't have servers that receive them. The one thing you can choose to keep is a small numeric summary of keywords you track in the SQP Tracker (Pro plan); see section 3.

1. Your uploaded files never leave your device

PPCBench is a fully client-side application. When you select a bulk file or search-term report, it is read and processed locally, inside your browser. Nothing about its contents is sent to us, stored, or logged. Closing or refreshing the tab clears it. The only exception is the summary you explicitly choose to save in the SQP Tracker, described in section 3.

2. Sign-in, and no Amazon access

The free N-Gram page needs no account. The full app uses an invited sign-in with Google. We receive your email address and name from Google to recognise you, and we never request access to your Amazon Advertising or Seller Central credentials or API.

3. What we do collect

  • Anonymous usage analytics — we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views and understand which tools are used. This does not identify you and contains none of your file data.
  • Your account — your email address, your name and the plan you are on, so that you can sign in and use the tools your plan includes. Sign-in uses secure, HTTP-only cookies that keep you signed in; they are not used for tracking.
  • Saved SQP history (Pro plan, only if you click Save to history) — for the keywords you tick, we store the keyword, your brand name and ASIN, the names of the ranking campaigns, and numbers per week or month: search volume, impressions, clicks and orders, and spend and sales for the ranking campaigns and their placements. We do not store your files, other keywords, search-term reports or other campaigns. Only you can read it. The newest 13 weeks (or months) are kept per ASIN and older ones are removed automatically. You can export or delete all of it at any time in the SQP Tracker, and deleting your account data on request is one email away.
  • Your email — only if you give it to us — if you subscribe to updates, we store the email address you submit, solely to send you product news and PPC tips. You can unsubscribe anytime.

4. Cookies

PPCBench does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Signing in sets a few strictly necessary cookies (session, renewal and, on the Pro plan, access to your saved history) that expire on their own. Your selected interface language is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) for convenience and is not sent to us.

5. Third-party services

To keep the app fast and reliable, we load common open-source libraries and web fonts from public content-delivery networks (CDNs), the site is served by a cloud hosting provider, and sign-in and saved history are handled by our database provider (Supabase). If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email is handled by our email service provider. These providers may process standard technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver their service.
